ASME PRESSURE VESSELS
We produce only top quality High Pressure Receivers. IPCS is fully authorized by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to fabricate vessels bearing the “U” stamp and by The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to repair code vessels and apply the “R” stamp, and the “S” stamp, required for power boilers over 15-PSI steam, 160-PSI water, and temperature exceeding 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Each vessel includes custom insulation by our professional Insulation Technician.
TRIM PACKAGES The Excellence of the High Pressure Receiver is completed by the equal Excellence of the stand and trim package – custom made from only the finest quality components and workmanship.
COMPONENTS Only the finest quality components such as globe valves, pressure relief valves, check valves, strainers and traps shown are used in our piping assemblies.
ASME CODE WELDING All welders are highly trained and qualified. Each welder is certified according to ASME Section IX.
INSULATION IPCS provides superior insulation for almost all types of boilers and pressure vessels. Insulation is meticulously installed by our professional craftsmen.
