ASME Stamps

Industrial Piping and Codes Services, Inc. has the following Certificates of Authorization:

ASME "S" Stamp:

Power Boilers (over 15-psi steam, 160-psi water and temperature exceeding 250F) shall be stamped A.S.M.E. (S) and National Board (N.B).

ASME "U" Stamp:

Fabrication of unfired pressure vessels require the ASME "U" and National Board Stamp.

National Board "R" Stamp:

For repair and alteration of Boilers and Pressure Vessels.

Customized Tanks

We are a specialized company. Unlike assembly line vessels, all of our tanks are custom made to meet the specific needs of our customers.  Our authority to apply stamps and welding codes enables us to provide valuable and reliable service to the Industrial Construction industry.

Quality Control

Our Quality Control program demonstrates our professional commitment to excellence. The National Board and ASME organizations audit our Certifications every 3 years. A major focus of the audit is our welder qualification program per Section IX of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code; requiring that we permanently maintain the following records on file:

Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)

Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)

Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ)

All-important piping codes (B31.1, B31.3, etc.) and building codes require the same Section IX qualifications. Therefore, our QC program insures that all welders on our piping projects are ASME qualified.
